I have to admit that when they first contacted us about a giveaway I had the thought, "Who would want stencils?"
I mean this is how I remember stencils...
But when I went to check out their stencils ,I was amazed at how far stencils had come. I sat and looked at their site for over an hour. I was amazed with all the different options they had. And guess what guys, stencils are not just for paper anymore. You can pretty much stencil anything from fabric to walls to furniture. If you can dream it up, it can be stenciled.
Here are a few of my favorite stencils
Vintage Paisley Casablanca Craft
Verde Damask
Their website is full of so many helps too. They have a blog where different stenciling projects are shared. I of course will be using this post to stencil my shower curtain. Cutting Edge Stencils was kind enough to send me a stencil of my choice. Hopefully this coming week I will finish my shower curtain and post it on the blog. I am almost giddy thinking about it.
But the thing I love the most about their website is their instructional videos. Obviously I am stuck in the 80s when it comes to stenciling so I need any help I can get. I watched the video and found myself having lots of "oh that makes sense" moments. Watching the videos are definitely a must. They show you how to stencil correctly so your projects turn out amazing.
So what better way to start out the new year than to win a fabulous stencil from Cutting Edge Stencils. Just think of the fun projects you could do.
And the fabulous people at Cutting Edge Stencils are offering our readers a
