Can you believe that in less than a week it will have been 10 years since the 9/11 attacks?
Sunday night on the National Geographic Channel they were doing a special on the 9/11 attacks. Seeing the images always takes me back to that day and the many emotions I felt that day and the days following. I think we all can tell 'WHERE WE WERE' when we heard the news.
While 9/11 was a national tragedy, I like to see it as a day our Nation came together and turned to God. We were humbled and brought to our knees. While lots of bad happened that day, so many heroic acts were done that day as well. People sacrificed their safety, and many their lives, to help a complete stranger in need. We united as a Nation and there was a pride that filled the air. It wasn't done in an arrogant way, it was done with respect. I loved seeing all the American flags on cars and in homes.
In memory of all those innocent people who lost their lives that day and because WE MUST NEVER FORGET, we have a made a 9/11 printable to proudly display in your home. We made two, slightly different versions. One version has an image behind it (a favorite of mine) and the other is just words. Just click on the link below to download your own copy to frame in your home. These are 8X10 in size.
I love your Remembering 9/11 printable and I am going to include this on my blog http://nicksposts.wordpress.com/. Thanks Nick
